Sweet Potato Treasures consist of sweet potato chips made from pure sweet potatoes, which are dried to achieve a crispy texture and a sweet but not cloying taste. The Three Treasures of Bamboo series (sweet potato cakes, bamboo shoot cakes, and tea cakes) offers crispy, traditional-flavored snacks that showcase the local agricultural specialties of Zhushan.
