Six Belgium International Taste Award winners have won Michelin-starred chefs with their own unique flavours. They condensed the customs of different origins into a cup of Taiwan tea on the spot, waiting for all tea lovers who like to drink tea to come and share together.
The International Taste Institute is an international gastronomic evaluation unit located in Brussels, Belgium, and every year a jury composed of more than 200 Michelin Association chefs and sommeliers to evaluate global cuisines, Taiwan tea farmers began to participate in the evaluation in 2015, and have won many good results, so that the world knows Formosa tea again, and at the same time promotes Taiwan. The museum selects 6 tea farmers who have participated in the iTQi evaluation for consecutive years and won the highest three-star honor, and they bring their own good tea to share with consumers who love tea.
In addition to drinking good tea, many consumers often don't know how to choose the rich types of tea in Taiwan. At the same time, the museum also exhibited the "Four Taste Types of Tea Drinkers", starting from the taste experience of consumers, the tea drinkers are divided into four categories: Lu Yu, Qianlong, Su Hui, and Pu Songling, so that consumers can simply find out the most suitable types of tea for themselves through their usual eating habits and tea diversity.
