One. Health and safety management operations in the production and processing of tea plantations
The evaluation content includes tea garden production management, tea cyanine purchase or entry control records; The evaluation is carried out according to the degree of detail of the record, and whether the quality of the tea factory or product has been verified and the legal use license of the building equipment of the tea making site is also included in the evaluation.
Two. Environmental health and safety control within the processing site
(1) Processing operations are being carried out at the time of the inspection
1. The staff should wear neat and tidy special clothes, shoes and hats, and should not pollute the tea.
2. Whether the processing process is implemented and the tea cyanine does not fall to the ground, and the tea cyanine shall not directly touch the ground.
3. The processing site shall not be used for purposes unrelated to tea processing, and the rigor of environmental health and safety control shall be assessed according to whether the relevant equipment and appliances in the actual factory area are properly configured and the cross-pollution control of the operation line.
4. The processing site and machinery and equipment shall be kept clean, and the cleanliness of the site and equipment and equipment shall be assessed according to the cleanliness of the hygienic and safe maintenance of the site.
5. Gas, oil and other energy and processing plants are separated from each other and have basic fire-fighting equipment and protective measures, and the maintenance and control of public safety are assessed as the rigor of on-site maintenance.
(2) Failure to carry out processing operations at the time of inspection
1. The processing machinery and equipment should be kept clean, and no pollutants other than tea cyanine raw materials or long-term fouling should be left.
2. The processing site should be kept clean
3. The processing site shall not be used for purposes unrelated to tea processing, and the configuration and operation of tea making machinery and equipment shall be subject to the evaluation standards for processing operations as above.
4. Relevant machinery, equipment, and items required for processing should be cleaned and cleaned up, with storage positioning and pollution prevention measures, and the storage situation and the rigor of pollution prevention measures should be evaluated.
5. Gas, oil and other energy sources are separated from processing plants, and have basic fire-fighting equipment and protective measures
Three. Environmental health and safety control outside the processing site
(1) The drying site should be kept clean at all times, and the pollution sources that will cause tea cyanine pollution should be kept away from or controlled
(2) The situation and control of the pollution sources of air, animals and plants in the peripheral environment of the plant
(3) Toilets, restaurants, and rest rooms should be isolated or controlled from the processing site
